Look it all over and start with the JP90 routine. After finishing that see where you are in your gains. Then you can customize your routine to target whatever gains you feel you still need.
Definitely warm up before any PE.
Start with doing wet jelqs and then you can do dry later once you have your technique down. There isn't alot of mess unless you dump the whole bottle of lube on youself at once.
Some guys say green tea extract, butcher's broom, etc, work on circulation. I started using butcher's broom and it seems to help. I am starting to do cardio again today to help boost my circulation and overall stamina. Been away from it too long. Us older guys need all the help we can get,LOL.
