I did JP90 for about 2.5 months, then I took a month break from doing PE (I was back at home with family), and now I've started doing JP90 again (on my 5th day.
Can I go onto more advanced routines or do I need to do 3 months again?

Hey there redraider,
The first question you should ask yourself, is were you gaining on the JP90 routine. If you are still gaining, there is no real reason to advance your routine. Many men reach a plateau (where gains slow down and eventually stop) if they increase to quickly. This is not to say you have to stick exactly to the JP90 guidelines! I think if you follow three tips in advancing, you will continue to grow.
Firstly, feel free to change your routine. Like the gym, our bodies have the remarkable ability to adapt to change. Similar to your muscles, our penis needs to be challenged for it to continue growing so you should change it up every few weeks or just when you feel as though you have hit a plateau.
Secondly, increase the intensity and watch your PIs. Be careful not to increase intensity to rapidly or you will more likely hurt yourself.
Lastly, you should always integrate regular jelqs and kegels in your routine whether you are focusing on girth or length. In moderation they both help the general health of your penis which is the most important thing!
Final note, only YOU know whether you are conditioned enough to add more exercises or intensity to your workout!Start
