Just in my wanderings i have noticed just gains have been shown in the signature. Well that and a quote or saying. But why not post with gains the main exercises you used?

Mainly because of space constraints I presume, signatures have a character limit.

Because I did many things to achieve my gains, not just jp90. And that's what journals are for, so people can see your routine.12/2/12

I think it is a good idea if you can attribute growth to an exercise or device. Extender or stretching doesn't take up too many characters. I am often asked to provide my routine and if I can do it once with a word or two, it will save a lot of repeating. If a member is interested in more details, I can always respond accordingly.

I have incorporated several exercises into my routine and do not isolate the progress to include one specific method. I would guess that the bundled stretches, LAS 20-30 hours per week, manual stretches often semi-hard 60 percent EQ, and 1000 side to side stretches have contributed to my length. Innovative jelq such as palms up, down, side to side, erect, Uli's, Supra. Slammers, cock rings (progress to 4 rings), edging, erect squeeze, and over 1000 kiegals contribute to my girth gains. I have also found several ways to using diet to increase blood flow. My new technique for length is to jelq the inner penis from anus to the balls. (No results yet..have been doing them on and off as a conditioning effort before implementing them full time. I also stretch semi-erect up toward the belly button. Lastly, I have found that doing about 500 fast jelq in the shower 12 minutes (may be more than 500) keeps me plump all day. Hope this helps?
