  • When to try a new routine?

    How long after doing a routine with no results should I try something new? 1 week? 1 month? 3 months? a year? what? FOR EXAMPLE: If I have been doing something for 3 months, with no gains, should I try something new, or keep doing it to see if another 3 months works? When to tell it's time to stop and try something new???

    EG: 5.0, 5.25, 5.5, 5.75, 6, 6.25, 6.5

    If you haven't gained in three months then it's definitely time to either add more time to your current routine or add different exercises. I would say if after 1 month with no gains, it's time to change things up.
