Thread: Stretching on off days?

I searched for this but couldn't find an exact answer.
I ususally go with 2 days on one day off for my routine, but is there an issue with stretching every day? Or should I do nothing on off days to allow recovery?

With my schedule I do five days on, two days off. I would personally recommend you allow for recovery and tissue rejuvenation.

On my off days or when turtle i will do a gentle tug to keep the hang nice!

Don't.. I got injured last week because I went over board stretching and it really sucks getting hurt. Always allow time for recovery.

Like Growing said, Gently! Never stress it on your days off. I have not had a problem yet with a gentle stretch either.
I like to sleep naked. A such, I find keeping it tucked between legs when I sleep, as if about to do a fowfer, but not actually doing it, also helps maintain the long flaccid look.
If you do it nightly, it becomes a natural habit to keep it that way, all night. I do almost unconscious re-tuck now when I roll over.Last edited by LilNudeDude; 01-31-2013 at 09:26 PM.
