Thread: How much more gains can I get?

Hey ya'll I first off want to say how much I love PE, it's one of my most favorite hobbies actually haha. I wanted to ask all of you guys out there for your opinion.
I started out about 3 years ago at 5.45 inches in BPEL and 4.25 EG as of today I am at 5.1EG and 7.1 BPEL(maybe a little bigger but I haven't measured in roughly a month). I am still gaining and recently just started the internal stretch which is making a HUGE difference in length.
Anyways I just want your input on a hypothetical figure of how much more gains you guys think I can get in the next 2 or 3 years in terms of BPEL and EG? Feel free to share your initial stats and current stats as well.

From other posts I've seen something like +4 or 5 inches over a few years time. I think a post top performers has a list of gains and the method used to achieve the gains. I will look for it and post if I find it.

You know what I found out, that when I exercise and lose weight then I will have a bigger pensis

What kind of routine did you use to gain that much in length?BPEL: 5.92, 6.0, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.5, 6.6, 6.7, 6.8, 6.9, 7.0 , 7.1,
MEG: 4.72, 5.0, 5.05, 5.1, 5.15, 5.2, 5.25, 5.3, 5.35, 5.4, 5.45, 5.5

I did intensive flaccid stretches for at least 6 sets for 35 seconds. To me those are the absolute best for gaining length. It sounds stupid but what I try and do is stretch it farther each time and I always hold for a pc flex of at least 30 seconds as well. The other two exercises that I have done that have helped are the internal stretch and the leg tuck pull.
