now i have done penis enlargement before where i focused primarily on girth, you can see by the pictures that the results were pleasing. Now i have been focusing primarily on gaining length in recent times, especially since the beginning of december 2013. I have read that doing girth before length makes it harder to gain length as the girth exercises makes the tunica (not sure if thats the right part) harder to stretch. Since Week i have started doing frequent stretches for 5 and 10 minute periods between classes at school. I find a bathroom, enter a stall and do my thing. This allows me to stretch long in the morning, and long in the evening (if time allows) and 3-5 times during the day. I have not felt any fatigue however and while my penis is feeling more mailable i need advice on good stretch exercises.

stans shock stretch (forget the name)
occasionally A stretch

did stan's shock stretch on Friday (looking to incorporate it daily)
what else can i add? or do better? need to make my penis longer as i am aiming for 10 inches bpel

First of all nice starting stats. But from what i've gathered, warming up is a big part of length as well as warming down. Adding some kegels in between the cheek stretches and some large circles will definitely loosen up your ligaments and promote more cell growth. Remember to take a day off if you don't already every 3 or 4 days at least. Good luck!

i live in the tropics, is it really that necessary to warm up? I usually do some light jelqs to get the blood flowing and at times a warm shower before.

Would love some more opinions or experiences on the matter but i more agree with you stan, in the flaccid state i don't think it matters either. All my stretches are dont flaccid in 30 second blasts.
Is warming up more essential for the girth exercises? or is it a general needed thing.

I also live in the tropics. If the temperature is warm,you do not need preheating.
Good routine.I will add stretching rotary and some dld blasters;lig working.And occasionally ,or in the final set,internal stretching. Good luck¡
