Wait, before commenting read this please:
With semi-erect I DON'T MEAN 50-80% erect. I DO MEAN 20-40% erect. Sorry for the capitals, but some guys immediately comment without reading first.
Today I edged a little bit and after reaching the PONR a couple of times my penis went soft during my break, but still felt kind of engorged. My penis looked like I was just done with pumping, kind of engorged.
My penis kind of felt like this: Not to hard, but also not completly flaccid (20-40% erect). I had just about enough space to have a grip on my penis to feel the inner part of my penis. If my penis is too hard I somehow don't have a proper grip and can't stretch it properly and if it is too soft (completly flaccid) I don't feel a stretch at all unless it is the first day of PEing after a long break.
Maybe a couple of usefull things to know are: I haven't gained anymore after my newbie gains and I also didn't gained any flaccid length. I can't get a rock hard erection unless I reached my PONR a couple of times.
So is it a good idea for me to keep on stretching like this?

I think 20% is perfect.Start (Nov 2012) 6.0 BPEL x 4.75

If you're feeling it most effectively at that erection level, I would recommend doing it at the level. I do stretches at all erection levels but prefer the semi-erect range from about 30-70%. Erect enough to provide resistance and floppy enough to get a grip on it and pull.BPEL: 6.7-8.57" NBPEL: 6.3-8.25"
MEG: 5.9-6.5" HeadEG: 5.4-6.25" BEG: 6.25-7"
Flaccid: 5"x4.75" -> 6.25"x5.375" for +63% volume
275ml-435ml in 3 years, 6 months(active 2 years) for +58% volume
6.7x5.9 - 8.57x6.5 or bigger than 9/10x49/50 - 2999/3000x1666/1667

Why is it that when I am completly flaccid my stretches feel useless? So basically what is the science behind semi erect stretches, if there is any know science?
And if I try to stretch my penis as soon as I am slightly hard (which is anything above a 50% erection), my glans hurts a lot like there is too much blood being pushed toward my glans when I try to grip my penis.

Ive been trying stretching while holding a Uli recently, but it feels pretty intense and could easily lead to an injury so Im gentle about it.Start July 2012: 6.3 BPEL, 5.125 MSEG
Current : 7.375 BPEL, 5.3-5.4 MSEG, 7.125 NBPEL

For manual stretching, I think being completely flaccid feels useless because there isn't really enough "meat" to grip with your hands in order to get a good, comfortable stretch.Collection of scientific articles and books related to PE: pe_sources.zip
