I totally agree with the above statements. I've seen in your progress log you do all of your hanging sessions in one block but you have done a couple of AM/PM sessions as well. Would you agree with kick (quoted in my post) in what you felt doing them? Also if time wasn't ever an issue, which do you think would be more conducive to gains?
