I'm wondering if i should just quit Pe. I have now been doing it for a year, and have seen little results (under half an inch). Also from it i have gained a bad case of fordyce spots from using baby oil whilst jelqing (i had none before, now it is constantly getting worse), from bad form i have developed a crooked bend to my penis and a turkey neck. Because of this, a part of me hates PE. But another part wants me to keep going and overcome the issues i have accumulated. Is this possible? I am unsure if i am only making things worse by doing it. Should i continue with PE?

Change lube you use for your jelqs to help with the spots.
Alter your technique to reduce your turkey neck.
jelq against the curve and do bends to help with your curve.
Make sure you do kegels and reverse kegels.
Make some goals and compare your size to your starting size.
Think about how long it would take to reach your goals, and how after reaching them you'd never need to be self concious again.
If you've put in a years worth of work, are you really going to let that year be just for the gains you have now? You committed for this long, and did gain, so you owe it to yourself to keep going! I strongly think you should keep it up mate! You always knew PE would be a marathon not a sprint, and the most common posts are about big quick gains only because the majority who gain at a slow pace feel they have little to boast about.I'm back!

I just started 4 weeks ago. I do the jp90 and have seen results already. Maybe lose your usual routine and try the jp90 for a few months.

JP90... if you hopped into advanced workouts without properly conditioning... i'm no expert, but i believe that can happen.
Lose your routine.. go a few months just jelqing, then hop into some stretches. That's what I did when I started to finally make some gains.Start: 1/6/15
Weight: 210 lbs
Goals: 2/6/15 - 195lbs | 3/6/15 - 180 lbs
BPEL: 6.5 in
EG: 4.25 in
Ultimate Goals: 8 x 5.5 | 5ft10in: 175lbs

OP .... Take a fortnight off and restart with the JP90 for three months and then re-evaluate!
