    Hey there, I have been doing kegels and attempting to have DOs for quite a long time and I haven't had any yet. Maybe this may seem like a stupid question but I don't know if I should stop stroking when I am very close to the PONR and I hold a hard kegel, or if I should just kegel and keep going. I can hold several hard two-minute kegels in a row, so I suppose that my tecnique must be bad. Thanks!
    BPEL: 7.7, 7.8, 7.9, 8.0, 8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 8.4, 8.5, 8.6, 8.7, 8.8, 8.9, 9.0.
    EG: 5.9, 6.0, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3.
