Ok, last night I was doing about two and a half hours of JAI stretches, they are quite fun to do. However, I was wondering if I am doing them properly.
What I do is I relatively slowly pull the penis out from it's normal flaccid state, and then when my penis gets taught through the chord in the middle of my penis, I use that feeling to then start moving my hand back towards the base and I sort of 'crunch' the penis in on itself slightly, (by pushing the head further down than where it is resting in the normal flaccid state, so the shaft gets a little bit compressed and bunched up in a soft, pleasant way).
I probably take about a second or two to pull my penis head out until I get the taught tug-back from my shaft. I move my hand out slowly as opposed to yanking it out quick.
However, once I get to the taughtness part of the stretch, should I be continuing to pull my hand out further for a bit, (with the penis in tension, my hand won't physically move of course, but do I keep applying force against that tension), or am I doing it right by moving my hand back in the moment my shaft gets taught?
In fact, for all stretches in general, am I basically not doing a stretch unless I am pulling against the tension of the tight shaft at max stretch, or is a good, effective stretch just any stretch that pulls the penis out further than it's nomal, resting flaccid length?
For example, lets say my resting flaccid length is 3.5 inches BPFL, and my max BPFSL is 6.5 inches, then if I am moving my penis gently from 3.5 inches to 5.75 inches and then releasing and repeating, is that a proper stretch, or would I need to be trying to pull my penis to an imaginary 7.0 inches, (which I obviously couldn't do, due to the tension in the shaft limiting me, but my hand would still be trying to pull past the BPFSL)?

I prefer to work numerically here to describe the intensity of an individual stretch and judging how hard I should be pulling, because merely describing means that different levels of hand strength and pull is different for each guy, like what I might think is a 'hard' pull, someone else may think that is 'light' etc.
I'm basically worried about whether the stretch is actually doing anything and working my penis out, unless I get to the point of taughtness and then start pulling against the tight chord and trying to stretch firmly past BPFSL.
