As I've said, I've been doing this a long time and I see physiological indicators when I am about to get permanent gains. First I notice when my bpfsl increases noticeably but ALSO if it stretches to that new length easily...meaning I don't have to rip my dick from my pubic bone to get the measurement I want. I am now easily stretching to 8.5 inches long and my girth is regularly expanding to 6.5 after my sessions. When the measurements increase and I notice a DECREASE in erection quality then I will back off on PE for up to a week and only edge (tease) with little else. Once I have let my dick rest for that time and start back my erection is 110% and I usually see an increase in my dimensions that is permanent. I'm actually surprised at this latest increase because I thought it would be a few more months, but I think the bigger my dick gets the more it can handle. Anyway, on track for 8.5 x 6.5 by next year.

Congrats on your gains!(Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
(Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG

I have a very conditioned penis and can take a lot of force. I use only my hands for erect jelqs, squeezing, ballooning, stretching and edging for long stretches of time without ejaculating. I know some say it doesn't matter but for me it worked unbelievably. Even when I have sex with my wife I will pleasure her and hold off many times.
One exercise I have made up (meaning I haven't read a description of it) is I get a full erection and make the OK grip with my right hand at the base with my "OK" grip reaching as far in to pull the "inner" penis as much as possible. Then I position my left hand with another OK grip as close to my right hand's OK grip and I squeeze them both simultaneously and then rotate each hand in opposite directions slightly (BE VERY CAREFUL!) and it will feel like you are bending your dick at the base and giving it an "indian sunburn" at the same time. Hard to explain but it works. My dick looks like the HULK when I do these.

Sometimes I don't like detailing my methods because I don't want to be responsible for anyone doing permanent damage. If you are a new to this then please do not try this. If I screw up my dick it's my own fault, but I can tell you that when I first began I was no where near the intensity that I can handle now. I think my dick can deflect a bullet at this point.
