  • Advice?? Pertaining to methods of training??

    So I'm going to school full time and working as well. Which is taking up all seven days of my week. Anyways when I get home I'm very exhausted and honestly want to relax.

    So my question is if I warm up, can I do my routine while laying on the couch watching tv?? I think it's more conducive because of the lack of time I have.

        Yeah, stretches work well laying down especially the one in BigO's sig. You could cut a hole in the couch if you want to do hanging

          haha thank you. Although I like stretching on the couch, I must say I feel I get a better workout with my complete attention on the workout though. Not a bad idea with the hanging though, I like that.
