Thread: No gains, what now?

    So it's almost 90days since I've been doing JP90 and I have no BPEL or EG gains.
    I thought I had flaccid gains, but measurements proved wrong.

    I have better testicular hang since I do testicle massages.
    I've also been doing LASs quite regularly.

    My question is should I continue JP90 for the full 90days, or should I try another routine or something?

    If so suggest a routine please.

    I didn't gain shit with the jp90 but the day I started hanging I started gaining. Give it a shot.

    The only hanging I can do is with a sock hanger, which apparently isn't recommended.

    what is your hanging routine and what device do you use ? me too didnt grow after jp 90 after my routine maybe some small mm but maybe nothing

    Why isn't it recommended? On the contrary, I would HIGHLY recommend it. I have gained alot using a sock hanger

    Who said a sock hanger is not recommended. I gained my first 1/4 inch after six months of PE without gains when I used a sock hanger for three months. I was able to increase the weight up to 17 lbs until privacy became an issue.

    While yes, you can switch from the JP90 to the hanging routine, it is not recommended. The beginner manual exercises are geared for conditioning moreso than gains. They help you to perform harder exercises like hanging.
    But you can start out small with the new hanging routine and work your way up progressively. Hanging is considered to be safer than jelqing. Just make sure you read all there is to read about what it is you're going to do and then stick with it.

    Guys this is the first time I've seen people reccommend the sock hanger haha, apparently most people think it's not safe?

    @Toadstool I've been doing the JP90 on and off since August 2012, it's only the last few months that I become committed to doing it. So do you think I'm conditioned enough?

    I don't think a sock hanger is safe, maybe at light weights. It is a great way to see if you may like hanging but I would get away from it as soon as possible.
