  • JP90 questions - stretching and jelqing technique

I posted this in my log as well, but not sure if anyone reads that... I've got two concerns with this program at the moment:

    1) When stretching at the beginning, I can't grip properly below the head (my 'ok' grip keeps slipping over the head). As such, I can't apply much tension at all and I can't hold the stretch because it slips out. Any suggestions here??

    2) I'm not sure I'm jelqing right - I've been jelqing with my palms facing in towards me (3 fingers pointing towards the ground, thumb pointing down, index finger pointing up). I just realised it says to use an ok grip palm DOWN. I tried doing this, but I can't see properly (i.e. i don't know when i've reached the glans). Plus the turkey neck gets in the way majorly.

    Thanks

    1) If you have a foreskin then pull it back first, it's what I need to do or I have the same issue.

    2) I have read many times that it doesn't matter which way up your hand is.
    Start(ish) BPEL 6.5 MEG 5.5
    Current BPEL 7 MEG 5.5
Goal progression BPEL 7 DONE :D NBPEL 7 Then see where things go

Thanks mate. In response to the above, I do have a foreskin and I do roll it back but still struggle to grip it (my head isn't that pronounced).

That's good to hear about the jelqing, however will it lead to issues with the base being more narrow than the rest if I can't effectively jelq right down to the base?

I am uncircumcised as well and I've been experimenting with different stretching techniques. I realize that this does not stretch the penis to it's full potential, but I have been gripping the skin (not foreskin) about and inch below the glans. I grip pretty hard and do my stretches, and I always feel the stretch.
          Cons:
          1) doesn't stretch entirety of penis
          2) traps a lot of blood in 1-2" length of dick
          3) slightly stretches skin as well (this can be avoided for the most part by pulling the skin back with the other hand)
          Pros:
          1) fingers don't slip off
          2) foreskin not involved
          3) doesn't negatively affect glans
          4) good, long-lasting stretch

To give a little more info, I'd tried baby powder and toilet paper in the past. Baby powder just dried my dick and tp didn't really give me a good grip. I never tried rubber gloves, but I did try using a towel, and I imagine that they work similarly - the towel kind of hurt my glans). This is just me, the same may not apply to you, but I've been looking around a lot for stretch advice for uncircumcised males and I think this is the best advice I can give, because at least it's the only one that works for me (thus far).
          Good luck!
