Best lengthening exercise (?)
Hello.
I have been P.E.ing now for a total of 4months.
Starting point was 7.25 x 6.25, and now I am measuring 7.75 x 6.25, easily!
After doing the JP90 routine (and gaining .5" in length due to renewed EQ), I am now embarking on a routine formulated and used by KingPole. The routine is simple and seems to focus on both length and girth gains simultaneously, and it's fairly effective at keeping the EQ mid-session at a steady level.
What I am looking for is a single lengthening exercise or stretch to add as an addition to this routine.
This exercise would be useful when I do not have time to perform a full routine during the day.
I have previously performed (and continue to) all directional, internal, and a bit of JAI stretches.
(alongside heli's and circling)
Basically, I am looking to gain more length and maintain girth.
Any help would be appreciated.
