So guys I decided to take about 3 weeks off PE, 18 days to be exact and I am just wondering do ye all think I should start where I left off or would I need to do a bit of reconditioning before I go back into clamping and ulis etc. My routine prior to me taking a break is in my log in my signatureStarting Point: September 2010: 6.5" x 5"
