Hi guise.
Checking in with a thread on what I suspect might be a common topic. I had some time off PE (crazy life shit) and lost a little gains... nearly got them back now after starting again on the JP90 (god bless that program) but one thing is still lacking...

And I'm getting a bit obsessed... For all of my time of PE (lets say about a year of exercise) which originally yielded a full inch length (AMAZING obviously) I've never really got much girth. Admittedly I have long ascribed to the idea that it's easier to stretch long when it's thinner (makes sense and I think I'm the proof really) and so have not GONE for girth specifically yet. Maybe now it's the time.
I think it's my age. I'm coming to 30 and so therefore are a few chicks I know. So I know I feel more confident. A lot of us know that feeling. But I need the thickness now... NEED IT!! I've been experimenting with elastic (cut up sock) cock-rings to keep things plump. It might be time for a pump and it might be time for serious girth work attention (all in good time, I've always been one for slow and steady here)

I basically do the JP90 stretches then go with this for my girth work. It has helped me tremendously. I gained most of my girth by alternating sets of 50 jelqs with Ulis and squeezes. Start with 15 seconds and work your way up from there adding 5 seconds every week or two.

I'm the same as you mate, I've gained length so easily but girth has just been steady the whole time. I think I'm just on a year since starting and while I took a good few months out of PE around august time length is still so easy to gain, I recently gained .2" just from jelqing every other day for 3 weeks. I've decided to scrap all stretching and move to a girth focused routine consisting of squeezes, uli's and jelqs. If after 8 weeks the squeezes and ulis aren't working I'll move to V jelqs, then to bundled stretches, possibly to supra slammers, and if nothing else works I'll move to clamping. I'll let you know how it gets on for me.
But as per the thinking about it goes, I've been a bit insecure about my girth too even though its average. With greater length comes greater chance of girth seeming skinny even if its not. But if you haven't moved to a girth focused routine already I suggest it because just the knowledge I'm focussing all my PE on girth, alongside the knowledge of what it did for my length, leaves me very relaxed.
Also, If you're desperate in need for that bigger plump, have you tried supras? I remember they used to leave me with a massive flaccid girth for a few hours which was lovely. I've never been able to get that same expansion since, but when it happened I was thrilled. I hear pumping leaves the same much larger temporary flaccid size.I'm back!

I am in somewhat the same mindset as you ...great insights by the way....I love the honesty. ...I just started pumping with a good pump...vel seal...and the locker-room effect is Big...so far by pumping twice a day I am always big and thick flaccid. I thought I had gained about an inch in length too and not as much in girth...so I started jelqing and pumping a bit, as well as 1 hang per day, some extending and stretching. Some say that this is a shotgun approach...but I have not seen good reasons that it will not be effective. I will see.............but the flaccid results give great confidence...and make me want to continue. I am 7 bpel by 5.3 or so...but 5.75 after a pump looks huge.......7 by 5.3 might be long...but 7 by 5.75 is just plain big to look at ...huge really.............and I am not bought into the theory that it is all length first ..then thickness. All of the exercises I do have a strong length component....... I am pumping with a 1.75" pump...which I fill easily...but I am going to do that for a while before even thinking of going to a 2" tube

Hey guys. Good to hear some feedback and a big shout out to billywilliams for a timely pm which set my mood straight!
I will be focussing on girth starting 1st March at the latest. L4M I think I might give your program a go, and the order suggested by Jakebfs also seems sensible. PE has always been good to me on a 'taking it easy' basis so no reason to change now and go buy a clamp immediately.. hehe.
The pump thing also - I have a notion (i think it is written about somewhere here) that jelqing after a pump session might be an intuitive way to target girth. Any guys have any thoughts on that?
I totally hear the idea of feeling very relaxed about potential girth gains - I have definitely been saying to myself 'don't worry about girth just do the average routine for ages who cares' for a while, but now I'm saying fuck it, targeting 7.5 long can wait, time for girth overdrive!! My flaccid hang is very long and thin generally - the classic making it seem thinner when in fact now i just have a long skinnyish dick rather than an average/shorter skinnyish.

Amusingly timed story from this morning:
