Example- I did the JP90 and the last 60 days I was doing 1 minute stretches, A and V stretches and variations and higher intensity of everything basically, and I gained 0.4". Recently I did 3 weeks of jelqing every other day for 15-25 minutes, and gained 0.2". Half the gains in a quarter of the time.
