Several questions coming (=

1. I have seen on some forums, that jelqing in the mornings isn't good if you wanna head to the gym later that day because of penis shrinkage.
Is it a real problem or does people make it sound worse than it is? i do take a hot shower after workout.
I actually don't want to do a pe session in the evening.

2. I am doing PE 4 times a week, i do Mon,Tues,Thurs,Friday

But do you guys think it would be more beneficial to do 4 on 3 off ?

3. Don't you think masturbation and edging hinder the penis to get the rest/recovery it needs ?
