Don't know if this is common knowledge but arthritis cream is a game changer for me as I was having a big problem with bruising. I've been doing PE seriously for about a year and recently every time I tried to gently jelq or stretch I bruised, sometimes a huge red spot filled with blood would happen. It didn't seem to matter if I warmed up or not, if I used any normal pressure I bruised. I took several days to a week off, more bruising. I was about to give up on the whole process.
One day a couple of weeks ago I decided to give jelqing another try, but when I was finished warming up I realized that I didn't have any lotion or lube. I searched through my bathroom cabinet but could only find a forgotten tube of generic arthritis cream. The label said that one of its uses was for bruises. So, I figured why not give it a try. I used the same amount as I normally would with lotion but because it a cream I had to add a little water every now and then. After 10-15 minutes of stretching and normal jelqing I realized that I had no bruising at all, zero, not even the little red spots! I kept upping the pressure and found that after a good 40 minutes of hard Uli's my hands were tired but still no spots, no bruises. My boy was nicely engorged and looked like I'd been pumping for an hour.
Since that day I have continued with a vigorous routine doing some incredibly aggressive sessions with only very minor red spots that quickly healed. I've taken a few breaks because the intensity of my workouts have given me some soreness. I've made some really nice gains in girth in short order as I've been able to apply some intense pressure, unconcerned about how I might bruise.
The cream is Kroger brand Arthricream Rub and is odor and Menthol free. The active ingredient is 10% Trolamine Salicylate, which is a topical analgesic. Inactive ingredients are aloe barbandesis leaf juice, cetyl alcohol, edetate disodium, glycerin, methylparaben, mineral oil, potassium phosphate, stearic acid, triethanolamine and water.
I have waited these weeks to make sure that I had no side effects and that the bruising didn't return. I intent to use this product each and every time I do PE and I hope that others can benefit from using this rub.

hmm, I think if you are even legitimate and not trying to sell some stupid shit, then maybe you have some problems. I don't see why your penis would be bruising the way you explain it, ever, nevermind from "gently" jelqing. I also don't really know how stretching would cause any bruising. Maybe I'm wrong, but sounds a bit much. A gentle stretch is literally nothing, if you bruise from that, what happens when you put your dick in a nice, tight pussy? Would it blow up?I have no problem being with just one woman, but I can't not eat all the donuts.

Not trying to sell anything. Had some serious issues with bruising, to the point that I was about to quit. Anything other than very light jelq ended in at least some bruising. Now with the cream I'm able to exercise away. That's it. Thought others might benefit.
