Thread: Workout, thoughts?

Hey guys, i was wondering if you guys would take a look at my routine i'm going to start doing.
Here is a little back ground info. EL - 5" EG 4.5"
Long term goal. EL : 7"-7.5" EG-5-5.5"
So my main goal is to gain as much length as possible + gain some girth. Also i would consider myself a beginner, i have done the jp90, but never consistent. Always just 1 week then stop then randomly get back into it.
So my routine will consist of:
10 min rice sock for warm - up
10 min stretch with X4 lab extender ( is this good? or should i just use my hand to stretch)
2 set - 50 jelqs + 30 v- jelqs
10 min stretch.
then finish off with the Bathmate for about 15-20 mins.

Just use your hand. Do 10 minutes warm up, 6 minute stretch, 10 minute jelq, 10 minute warm down. You can intensify and build off of that with time, but I made a lot of my gains (look in my stats below) just doing that and increasing intensity off of that for the first 4 months.Start July 2012: 6.3 BPEL, 5.125 MSEG
Current : 7.375 BPEL, 5.3-5.4 MSEG, 7.125 NBPEL
Short Term Goal:7.5 BPEL, 5.5 MSEG
Goal: 8.5 BPEL, 6 MSEG, 8.25 NBPEL
I am on a fucking Girth Mission right now. No sleep till 5.75 MSEG!

For the extender to work you'll will need to do 10Hours a day not 10min.Mighty oaks from little acorns grow!

Good routine. I started the jp90 6 weeks ago and my penis is bigger. Maybe check-out that routine if you want to try a true and tested routine. I have never used any kind of stretching device (I think they are more hassle than anything). Just use your hands (you'll get strong hands!! haha).

hey guys, i probably should've included this into my original post. The reason im using the extender for my stretch is because its easier then just using my hands! so instead of holding it for 30sec intervals i just use the extender as a way to stretch Before the workout! you guys catch my drift? cause jp 90 day routine asks you to stretch for 10mins before the jelq and also after you are done. The reason i asked or just use my hands is because, well i wanted you opinions if stretching with the x4 for 10mins is the same as stretching with your hands.
