Short term goal of BPEL: length - 8", girth - 6.375"
I have completed the JP90 routine ( plus 2months), and now moving into my 5th month of p.e. For the next two months, the goal is to add more erection length, and maintain my current erection girth. I am cutting back on my 'wet work', and concentrating on stretches in order to achieve this goal.
Basic Routine: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (kegel routines on days off)
Warmup - (heating pad) 10min
(between all stretches, perform circling and helis)
STRETCHES
2 sets Bundled directional stretches (30sec holds w/1sec kegels)
3 sets Internal stretches (30sec holds w/1sec kegels)
3 sets Mandingo stretches (30sec holds w/1sec kegels)
(occassionally alternating in JAI or Assisted stretches)
I now will be doing my edging (20min), immediately following stretches, prior to any wet work. I choose to do it this way to avoid the likelihood of accidently/unscheduled ejaculations at the end of my sessions. I am aiming to ONLY ejaculate during sex and never during P.E. Holding off on ejaculating after p.e. should leave me feeling full and hanging throughout my day.
Once I have reached my PONR a couple times, I will need to scale EQ down to at least 60-75% before continuing.
WET WORK
1 set 100 helicopters
1 set 100 strong kegels
1 set 150 jelgs (3-5sec strokes)
5 sets Uli's (held 30sec) w/ 5 sets Horse Squeeze
Warm/Cool down (heating pad or cold towel) 5min
After my session, I plan to use traction wrapping to prevent after-session turtling, which will remain on from 1-3hours.
Main focuses:
No unnecessary masturbation, no porn, remain smoke free, supplement 5G's,
exercise regularly, erection teas, pomagranate juice, dark chocolate, avocados, blackberries
