As you stretch out your ligs, there will be a bigger and bigger void between the pubic bone and exit point of the penis. This will make it possible to push the ruler further and further into the void if you measure with ruler horizontal on top of the penis.
My point is that flat ruler way can get you uneven results along the way.
A wide ruler that runs along the top of the penis angled vertical will at least give you measurments from the same start point every time.
I sure am longer myself if I push the ruler way inside my body in that void.
