  • Question About Kegels

I've read a lot of variations. So yeah, I now know many ways on how to kegel. Question is, how often can I do them?

I was thinking of kegeling every time I have the opportunity to do so (almost all day, I should say). Is it ok to do this or do I need to do it alternately with other kegel variation? Can I kegel just about anytime I want?

    Initial Goal:
    BPFL - 4"
    BPEL - 6"
    EG - 5"

    Long-Term Goal:
    BPFL - 6"
    BPEL - 8"
    EG - 6"

    I'm never stopping, baby!

Everyone is different. Slow down if you get cramps. Spasms can be a sign of growth, but slow down if they get uncomfortable.

It is better to do them like an exercise, in sets. Not though the day, that will probably weaken the muscles you are aiming to train.

Feel free to try to do them all day, but balance them out with reverse kegels that relieve the PC area.
    BPEL: 6.7-8.57" NBPEL: 6.3-8.25"
    MEG: 5.9-6.5" HeadEG: 5.4-6.25" BEG: 6.25-7"
    CI:1.5 -2.5
    Flaccid: 5"x4.75" -> 6.25"x5.375" for +63% volume
    275ml-435ml in 3 years, 6 months(active 2 years) for +58% volume

Don't train them every day! They're skeletal muscles and need rest so only do them every other day.

As GFG said, balance them out with reverse kegels.

I thought of something. Based on what you guys said.

I will do kegels like hell today, and rest like a polar bear tomorrow. Would that be fine, you think?
