Warm-up = About 5 mins.
Stretching = Complete Set from JP90
Jelq = 1 set of 50
Vjelq = 1 set of 30

I am having problems with jelqing. I can't keep my erection to go straight out from 1-50. Is this ok? What can I do to keep my hard-on til the end of each set. I do 5 reps per erection period. After that, I need to work on my erection level again cause my unit goes flaccid after every 5. Same thing with Vjelqs, and I don't even know if I'm doing the Vjelqs right..
