Ok this is what happen, i was about to start my routine meanwhile i was doing my erect kegels.. i realised i was too excited so i shortly ejaculated but the thing is i didnt want too not that early! so i held my glans to prevent it. Obviously i failed.. i still was holding my glans at the same time i was cumming. So now i got a few red bumps on the skin of the shaft nothing to worry about but now i cant pee! I also realised a little blood on my sperm after i popped. So now when i go to the bathroom to pee i cant.. as hard as i try i feel like theres something blocking the path to urinate. Im very worried , as hard as i try i can bearlllyy pee. I drank a lot of water i also have the urge to pee but simply cant.. What can I Do? Having the urge to pee and u cant.

5 glasses of water back to back. Has no choice to come out, first time i pee'd hurt. Now, not really just glad it came out. Lesson of today never hold the glans when you ejaculate.

I cant speek if its a medical issues,but it is normal for the body to be a bit shy on the water works if its thinking pain when it has to urinate.
