      It's better to practice PE to master technique, than to PE for gains. If you can master technique, gains will come.

        If you could give one piece of advice to someone starting PE.

        As someone really just beginning with PE it would be of great interest to get some insights from people who have went before.

        So yeah, If you could give just one piece of advice to someone starting PE what would it be??

            Yep, read up on everything about PE so you are fully prepared and can really decided to commit to it or not.

                Read everything you can, pay attention to the sticky threads and keep digging for more information. Learn about the penis anatomy.

                  Pay attention to your physiological indicators and slow down on whacking it so much. Our penises are not as strong as we all think. They need rest to heal and grow.

                        Only one piece of advice.....can't say it in one. I echo what everyone has already said: Education, Patience & Determination. Only you can achieve what you want. Make it happen!

                          Stay consistent with your routine, and don't focus on gaining fast in a month with improper technique. I see weight lifters lift heavier weights than me, but they aren't as strong. They focus on lifting heavier weights despite improper form, and get bad slow results. Take the first couple months of really focusing on your techniques/exercises and doing them properly, feeling a better workout, and then increase reps and such. That was a main issue I had at first, took me a month to get the feel for jelqing and to notice mistakes I made stretching.

                            don't injure yourself in desperate attempts to gain. instead learn how to do exercises safely and effectively. be attentive to your own anatomy and trust your intuition more so than something that is posted online. practice. try to be consistent. be happy.

                              First I say give me 10 bucks !

                              Be intelligent and patient with Pe, when indeed you should read the forum as much as you can, you also need to understand that in the end you will make your gains happen, this is experiment and there is no magic formula or routine, take ideas from others but try to feel how your penis is reacting, be curious as well! You'll need to if you want to find what works for you.!
