    Introduction

    Hi

    Before reading please be aware that I think geometry plays a very small part in sexual pleasure. It is - especially so for woman - far more important to mentally turned on and attracted to someone. It is also far more important to be skilled and know how to use what you have. I suppose to some extent the aesthetic of a long/fat/muscular penis is attractive to woman and turns a woman on much as say defined abs or good looks might.


    I have identified a situation which I believe - for me at least and most likely many other men - is a problem that is looking for a solution. I have used my intuition, sexual experience, anecdotal evidence, research and analytical skills and years at business school to identify a problem and look for a achievable solution in the form of a plan - all laid out below.

    I would like feedback from both woman and men on The Situation section and I would like feedback from men on the Tactics/plan section - specifically those with experience/evidence.



    The Situation (problem?)

    I have come to the conclusion that there are three main types of different female orgasm with some - what I call - ‘bolt-on' extras that can be applied/added to these main types of orgasm in order to amplify the orgasm into something much more intense. Obviously the most intense type of female orgasm is where all the main types are happening simultaneously as well as most (if not all) of the ‘bolt-ons’ also happening:

    Three main types:
    • Clitoral
    • G-spot
    • Anal


    All these above orgasms can be experienced in isolation or together in any combination - that said I think a G-spot orgasm can certainly be achieved easier whilst with clitoral stimulation (although for some woman at some times this is the opposite as it is distracting)/during a clitoral orgasm. Clitoral is the "floaty, fuzzy, tingly" one that woman will usually opt for (and be more than happy with) MOST of the time, G-spot is more "instance, deep and throbbing". G-spot can also lead to squirting both on the way to and during a G-spot orgasm - most woman can not achieve this without a lot of practice.

    Anal is one that most women do not think they need and have not experienced or if they have they haven’t experienced it in isolation. Both the G-spot and anal is far more of a “being FUCKED” type of orgasm. The good news is that any man can give any woman one or all of these without the aid of his tongue or hands as long as he is at least 3.5+ inches long and at least 3.5+ inches in girth (circumference) - all he will need is some stamina, skill and knowledge.


    Bolt-ons:
    • Cul-de-sac (feeling of being full?)
    • Forchetta/perineum stretching downwards (feeling of being full)
    • Libia Minora (hidden 'legs' of the clit) stretching outwards (feeling of being full)


    As you can see all the ‘bolt-ons’ are related to the feeling of being full and on the 'outward stroke' the feeling of “being pulled inside out”. The Cul-de-sac may actually be a different type of orgasm that can be experienced in isolation - but personally, I don’t think it is. The Cul de sac ‘bolt-on’ is only caused - for the most part - by the woman being shallow or the man being long enough to reach her Cul-de-sac 'spot'. The second and third are only caused by a man having enough girth. I have been told it is these ('bolt-on') feelings during the main orgasms that make a [straight] woman feel like she is "being FUCKED by a MAN"... A feeling of "helplessness and domination", of being "pinned down" and "stretched/filled". It is also this man who can force a only slightly turned on woman to have a strong orgasm even if she isn't that mentally attracted to the guy. This is why ALL woman will admit that if they are having a one-night stand with 'no emotion' size IS very important - specifically girth.

    So what is enough length or girth to be able to achieve these ‘bolt-ons’ during sex/orgasm?

    First its worth explaining I think there are a few types of woman (the 'rabbit, the mare and the elephant'):

    1. Woman who are shallow and tight
    2. Woman who are deep and loose/wide
    3. Woman who are shallow but loose
    4. Woman who are deep but tight
    5. Woman who are very deep and/ or very loose/wide


    Type 1 you will need a penis at least 5.5 - 6.5 inches (and no more than 8 inches) long and at least 4.6 - 5.0 inches (and no more than 5.5 inches) in girth. Type 1 is usually going to be either born that way or young...or very good at her kegals!

    Type 2 you will need a penis at least 7.0 - 7.5 inches long and 5.2- 5.7 inches in girth. This is your normal experienced western woman older than 23-ish in age.

    Type 3 and 4 can be figured out using the above logic and sizes. Type(s) 5 require a ‘monster cock’! Basically a ‘monster cock’ is 8.0+ inches long and 6.2+ inches in girth. If for example you fist types 1,2,3 or 4 then you will either have to wait a day or so or they will also have to fucked with a monster cock to experience the ‘bolt-ons’ during orgasm. If you have a ‘monster cock’ then you may not easily be able to have sex with type 1 or even type 2 - although it will more then likely just take a bit more foreplay.

    Conclusion
    My conclusion is that if you want to be able to give ALL possible woman in the world the ‘bolt on’ feelings during sex and consequently the ultimate orgasms then you will need a ‘monster cock’. If you want to be able to give most woman in the world (types 1 - 4) the ‘bolt on’ feelings then you need a penis that is roughly 7.0 - 8.0 inches in length and 5.2 - 5.6 inches in girth. Therefore the perfect size penis is roughly 7.6 inches long and 5.6 inches in girth...It turns out that the most popular selling dildo (NOT vibrator) in the world is exactly that size! Coincidence??

    Congratulations if this is you! Now just make sure you are attractive and know how to use it!

    I am not this size and I would like to get as close to it (for the above reasons) as possible without it becoming some weird obsession. Currently I am between 7.1 and 7.3 inches in length and 4.95 and 5.1 inches in girth dependent on strength of erection. My penis head is about 5.1 - 5.2 inches in girth also dependent on strength of erection. Basically a viagra will take me to 7.3 x 5.1 with 5.2 head.


    So this is where I have a serious (academic) attempt at improving this...



    Broad objective


    Gain enough size to guarantee the woman I sleep with have the best orgasm they can possibly have. To gain a size that compliments my personality and love making skills - which are in the top 10% . To NOT let this goal get in the way of my normal life or develop some kind of weird body/penis dysmorphia that makes me forget that sexual skill and confidence/ attractiveness is by far the most important element to a woman being turned on.


    Specific Goals



    • Gain between 0.3 - 0.5 inches in girth.


    • Gain between 0.2 - 0.4 inches in length.


    • Get fitter and healthier.


    I am far more concerned with increasing my girth as I think only 30% of the female population enjoy that feeling of their curvix being hit and in any case I think my length is quite good. It is certainly enough to make my penis visually attractive to woman (so I have been told).




    Strategy

    Objective, sound and analytical research grounded in ‘science’ and ‘evidence’ and feedback. Well thought through planning.
    Having a good starting point: I have been doing sporadic and fairly light penis exercises for the last 3 months. Specifically girth related ones. I also recently quit smoking.



    Tactics 1 (the natural way)



    Girth

    • Diet

    Testosterone (this certainly increase the size of the penis head):
    - Macca root powder
    - Tongat Ali
    - D-Aspartate
    - Apples, Almonds, Pumpkin seeds and red grape seeds, avocados, Kayle, Broccoli, Cabage
    - Anything else/suggestions?? L Tyrosine, Gingko Bilbao, Zinc, Selenium?

    Blood flow:
    - Vitamins E, B1 (thiamine), B3 (niacin), and B12
    - Chillies (x 3 a day)
    - Anything else/suggestions?? L Tyrosine, Gingko Bilbao, Zinc, Selenium?

    • Exercise

    Testosterone/blood flow:
    - Low sets/reps of heavier weights (should really have difficulty with last set)
    - Running and other cardiovascular
    - ABSOLUTELY NOT causing stress to the body
    - Anything else/suggestions??

    • Physical therapy/penis exercises

    Warm up's?:
    - Kegels
    - Jelqs
    - Any suggestions??

    Pumping
    :
    - Either through using a bathmate and/or a good pump with a gauge (what do you suggest??) I will do the following routine (click on link):

    I might work up to the above pumping routine for a few months first as it seems quite extreme - what do you think?
    Also... will this gains only be present immediately after pumping and only if a clamp has been applied to trap the extra blood or will these gains ‘cement’ to a certain extent?


    • Medication

    Viagra:
    I will only use this (and in 25 mg doses - the smallest possible dose - only) once I have achieved the most I can through diet, exercise and penis exercise. I will only use it from time to time as a way of getting to my absolute maximum (including gains earned and ‘cemented’ through diet, exercise and penis exercises).


    The above pumping routine, the Tongat Ali and generally being healthy (improving blood flow) are the things that I think are key to gaining girth. These are the things I am relying on to gain between 0.3 - 0.5 inches in girth - IS THIS A REALISTIC GOAL?

    I have read much online and for the most part there is no legitimate scientific research for girth gain and of the little there is the evidence shows girth gain is not possible and the only change that can be made to the penis is to burst the blood vessels and thus enlarging the penis through bruising! - SOMETHING I DON'T WANT TO DO AS IT CAN MAKE YOU IMPOTENT!!



    Length


    As I have said before this really isn’t a very important goal for me but if I manage to achieve my girth gains then I might give this a go as well - but ONLY if it doesn’t work against my girth gains (will it decrease my girth gains??)?!

    I plan to achieve my length gains by using all the above testosterone and blood flow methods I will use to gain girth but with the important inclusion of a Penis Traction Device - these has been scientifically proven to work on most men. As I have stated before I would be more than happy with a 0.2 - 0.4 inch gain on my length.




    Your feedback on my natural plan is needed...
    I would like to know what you think of the above tactics/plan? is it good? Am I mixing things that shouldn’t be mixed? Are there specific brands I should be getting and for what reasons?





    Tactics 2 (extreme way)


    I am really not sure if I would consider these yet as they seem risky and I am not sure I am THAT bothered... I also might not even be able to spare the money/time for it! But it would be good to know what people think of these as they seem far more grounded in scientific research and there is REAL evidence they ‘work’!

    I would only consider these if I had tried the ‘natural’ root for at least a year and seen no more than 0.1 inch of girth gain.


    Girth


    - Autologous tissue engineering with biodegradable scaffold

    and/ or

    - Restylane injections




    So as I have said please reward my lengthy (pun intended) study with some response, feedback and advice! PS Well done if you had the patience to read this.

    Only thing I'll comment on is good luck doing heavy weights low reps without stressing the body . I do heavy squats and deads and they wear me the fuck out and make me sore as hell.



    If you are interested in alternatives to pharmaceutical viagra, epimedium grandiflorum (horny goat weed) is a great alternative. It contains icariin which is a PDE5 inhibitor (what viagra is). Be sure to get the REAL organic loose-leaf stuff and NOT the capsule bullshit. I use the dry plant matter in a tea. I would start at 1g then increase from there to test the waters. Tastes good with a bit of sugar and really gets the blood flowing.

        Wow. Interesting. Well, my wife tried anal and it doesn't work with her liking so that is out (preference).
        G-spot stimulates actually the clitoris which is the main source of orgasm but you are stimulating the her
        little glans. Either she is aroused enough to have an orgasm or not. What approach she likes to increase that state is a preference just like some women are more stimulated by rough sex while others are not. Case and point, it all depends on the woman on what gives her an orgasm with more intensity.

            Haha thanks Eow! I will look into this stuff you suggested and maybe add it to my 'super plan'. One thing though... Should I be getting stuff to mimic testosterone rather then create it properly? Or should I do both?? OR will one counteract the other?

            Also how soon before sex do you drink the horny goat weed tea and is it something that can be drunk every day safely?

              Try putting a finger or two in when having sex with her from behind and she is about to orgasm - if you learn the right time/way to do this she will have a stronger orgasm - interestingly I think it also helps imitate the feeling of being full (so kind of gives her the sensation of the 'bolt-on'?) especially if you gently pull towards her Forchetta/perineum with your finger(s). I agree with what you are saying about the g-spot essentially being part of the clit but most woman think of it as different as it creates a very different type of orgasm then a clitoral one.                   Looks like you have a lot of motivation and reason to succeed. Your goals are totally realistic and I'll bet you'll want more once you achieve them.

                  I wouldn't consider doing the intense stuff unless you don't get any results over a year or possibly longer. Most people can gain with a bit of tugging and squeezing on schedule.

                    Wow, I'm not sure I've even seen so much SCIENCE in a PE-related post before, nice one.

                    A few comments -

                    * I agree about the 'three main types' of stimulation, especially about what happens when they're all applied simultaneously. I love getting my girlfriend to orgasm just by fucking her (so that's G-spot or G-spot+clitoral, depending on position), by fucking her in the arse (she needs clit stimulation as well for this) or just by licking her (clitoral of course, maybe some G-spot when I've got my finger in her as well) but I've found the 'perfect storm' is achieved by a combination of all three: my dick insider her, finger in her arsehole and either her own fingers or her vibrator on her clit.                       Once you mentioned bolt on I was losing interest, we all know there are different types of orgasms and once you got into saying what size is needed by what types of women, you crashed into the mountain. I dont know what this is suppose to be, but just save your self a whole bunch of time and do the JP90 day routine.

I want to avoid going off on a limb claiming stuff about weights increasing testosterone because as we all know that doesn't have much of an effect on PE. Doing heavy weights doesn't really impact my PE routines or sex in a negative way so long as I wait a couple hours between the two. Sometimes doing a hard workout makes me tired mentally and it's tempting to be lazy and skip a PE workout, but that holds true for all workouts not just heavy weights :P.

                          Since you're not taking any REAL testosterone drugs, I'd say there is no problem with taking something that might mimic it. Think of it this way: since it mimics testosterone, taking it might give you a small "testosterone high," but it definitely won't be anything like true testosterone drugs. Hell, you may not even notice it. The main reason I suggested epimedium was for the erection benefits. Maybe the testosterone mimicking properties help that as well, I'm not sure.

                          As far as I know you can take it daily, just use moderation as with anything. What I used to do was take it every other week. One week on, one week off. Or you could just take it on weekends for sex. It's a great PE workout booster if you're doing girth work, pumping, or edging/ballooning. I would drink it about an hour before pumping or sex.

                          I'll reiterate what I said earlier: MAKE SURE you get quality dried plant matter of epimedium (preferably organic), NOT capsules. What you want to do is make a tea with the dried material. If you have a scale (I would suggest a scale if you plan on using herbs frequently), start out by using 1g in a tea, then increase by 0.5g each time until you reach a comfortable dosage that works for you.

                          For me, it makes my dick noticeably warmer, almost hot to the touch. Very hard and sensitive.

                          One thing I noticed was that you are planning on taking Maca. As far as I know, from some reading, there isn't really anything to back up Maca's purported effects. I would recommend just ditching it, but if you can find some concrete information I'd be glad to see it.

                              Also, as far as pumps go, I would HIGHLY recommend a quality air pump. Granted, I have never tried a water pump, but I have done a lot of forum browsing on the matter. As far as I can tell, water pumps are just not as accurate or reliable, and you seem like a scientific guy who wants absolute precision. I would think you would prefer an air pump with a gauge over a gauge-less water pump that isn't very convenient to use (unless you plan on taking long baths every day). I've read a lot of complaints about water pumps deteriorating and the rubber seal at the bottom is a common annoyance.

                              Also, if you use air pumps, you can have fun messing around with different lube recipes. I like to use rosemary infused olive oil as pumping lube because it helps stimulate blood flow. Lube feels a lot better than water for jelqing/masturbation/whatever.
