  • Warm DOWN?

    Do you warm down after your workouts? I hear people don't, and I hear people do. Do you feel it may effect gaining since the ligaments become easier to turtle? Then again, could prevent injury right? I would hate to think that I didn't gain during JP90 all because I warmed DOWN as well.

    i dont but most of times i and my session with warm water bathmating which is a kind of warmdown i think(and i ve read it somwhere also)

      Ive heard that a cycling of warm and cold is great for after your workouts. I usually just fowfer in the bathtub for my warmdown and don't bother with cooling down.
      Start July 2012: 6.3 BPEL, 5.125 MSEG
      Current : 7.375 BPEL, 5.3-5.4 MSEG, 7.125 NBPEL
      Short Term Goal:7.5 BPEL, 5.5 MSEG
      Goal: ​8.5 BPEL, 6 MSEG, 8.25 NBPEL

      I am on a fucking Girth Mission right now. No sleep till 5.75 MSEG!

          I've been getting better pi's since I introduced my warmdown... take that how you want, but I'd say it is good
