Hello, I was wondering how do you cement gains so they stay permanent all I saw was do stamina or something but no idea what the hell that is or how you do it?

I believe cementing is a slow reduction of workout intensity. Slowly lowering jelq count or set times. Until you have reached 0, some guys recommend life long jelqs and kegels. I think ill be one to continue jelqs and kegels to maintain EQ.
