  • Ligs gains

    Do you guys have any idea as to how can we feel if our ligs gains are all used or not?

    For example when I do manual stretching and feel it in my ligs, does it mean I can still gain from them, or is it non related?

    There is probably plenty of inches of inner penis, so why could'nt we stretch it all out (and in the end see it drop on the floor..) or why could we get it even partly out?

      The best indicator that I know of is looking at the exit point of the penis (I.e. how low it is). Bib has an excellent article on this on his website.

        I think the ligs repair/rebuild themselves to adapt to the stress that they get put under. Think about people that do splits; with practice their ligs stretch and rebuild, making it easier and easier to do splits in the long-run. But what do I know? I'm just assuming about ligs lol

          Jay I understand what you're saying, ligs can go on and grow much longer than their initial length , but the fact is there is a limit on our gains from ligs stretching, which is more or less one inch, and if we really are pulling the inner penis out, what prevent us from continuing to do so after reaching this limit?

            I think once the ligs are maxed out, and the inner penis is maxed out, then it's time to stretch the tunica!(tunica tugs?) I think that's what it's called. I haven't made it that far into my PE journey yet.

            But to know how the ligs are maxed out, I really have no idea at this point in time.

                  Wow, I didn't know your ligs maxed out at around an inch, maybe I've maxed mine. Lig gains are permanent though right? What about inner penis gains?

                        I thought that 1 inch was only the noob gains. If that is the case then how are people reporting 2 or 3 inch gains?
                        PE is a lot like sex. First you have to find your technique, rotate your routine, and then plan on it taking a while. Then you will find satisfaction.

                          When I said 1 inch of gains it was really to say a number of gains we may expect from ligs stretching, for some it will be two and for other half an inch or even nothing. And ligs gains are definitely related to noob gains, since they are the ones we can get much quicker,along with an increase in erection quality.

                          And to growingmine, when as I said some may gain 2 inches from ligs stretching, you also gain through tunica expansion .

                            So once you max out your lig gains, tunica aside, how can you get more length? Can your penis tissue expand farther when your ligs can't?

                              Yeah I think that's the point , that's why you may need to change the type stretching exercise after ligs gains are exhausted, but I'm not an expert by any mean, I just read a few topics on the matter.
