The biggest problem I have in my routine is that I go from about 80% to 50% in volume in about a minute and a half. The only thing I have found that helps is to just constantly do kegels throughout the exercise but even that eventually fails. I just hate stopping to increase it again because it's more down time. Any ideas?

This seems to be a common problem. I use some erotica to keep the blood there - I'd rather use nothing, but it seems better than using visual porn at least.

I think it's better than porn, as it doesn't get you too hard, and it seems less damaging to expectations and your sex life than real porn. Yeah, I have some pics that I set up off to the side but in my experience there is a difference between having a boner due to that and having a lot of volume because you're forcing it in there. It's not necessarily supposed to feel good right? Using pics or porn has caused the opposite problem where there's too much to really Jelq. If my routine has one flaw I'd say that is probably it: maintaining the volume.
