    Can somebody break down the process of cementing one's gains? Do you gradually cut back? Do you jump to only a couple days a week? One day a week? Is there a specific routine for it?

    I have not started anything at all yet and am simply looking to gain a half inch in girth and just cement that fucker. From what I gather, this is doable, even easier than length perhaps. I am confused about the whole permanence thing though.

    I think you're going to get a lot of different opinions on this. I've made a thread before asking about this and have read others. The gist I took from this was that you do your routine for 1-2 years to help your body get accustomed to your size (maintain new gains), and then slowly ween off the routine by less days or by a smaller routine. Some say you will have to do minimal maintenance forever to keep your gains, but not a lot, while others say some form of dick exercise (masturbating or sex alone) would suffice to keep the gains.

    And SeemsLegit, did you only gain length and no girth from that 90 day beginner program? Cause like I said, I'm only concerned with gaining a little girth. That's weird...

    Just length, that's all I wanted. I was surprised to gain so much length, and that I gained no girth because at my hardest routine I was doing 1600 jelqs a session (800 per hand). I didn't follow JP90 I just kind of did my own half assed version of it, manual stretches and OK jelqs.

    I was under the impression that jelqing would probably help with girth if anything. If that is all that I'm after, should I follow that beginners routine in your guys opinion?

    Another question maybe one of you could answer. It's seemingly a very silly one, but I'll ask it anyway.

    It's not possible to lose even more size than you were born with after doing these exercises and not cementing them properly is it? Say if something comes up in life where you have to stop. Because, man that would suck.

    If you want girth, jelq at a high erection level, but no more than 80%.

    If you make gains and take a long break without cementing them, you can indeed lose some of them. But that's not to say they won't ever come back with more PE. My opinion, double the time it took you to reach your gains in PE. IE, if I reach my goal in 5 months, I will PE for an extra 5 months to cement my gains.

    The way I cemented gains was just tugging on my dick a lot without any set routine. I would do a few random stretches when I got out of the shower, before I went to bed, and just random times throughout the day. Really an OCD thing, I think.
