    I've always asked myself, why do people choose to do bed fowers and eliminate that great night erection (which probably contributes to growth) when they can sleep and wake up with a morning wood?

    I tried doing bed fowers last year, but they were not my taste. I would never wake up with morning wood, because my dick was just flaccid between my legs. Yes, the morning flaccid was nice, but always disappeared few hours later.

    It would make more sense to let your dick be more free during night, expanded. Now this is only IF you do have boner throughout the night.

    Thoughts?

      I actually enjoy bed fowfers. If I get a night woody it will pop out but I just tuck it back in after. Also I find that I almost get a night time of mild Uli's as with my guy tucked between my legs the legs restrict the blood return and he puffs up nicely. Also an added leg squeeze and a kegel feels great.

        I am a huge fan of Lazy Ass Stretches, but bed fowfers to me always seemed far less intense, and as you said, hurts in the nightly erection department.

          Have tried bed fowfers but worry about circulation. If I were to do them again I would do them only while awake

            Yeah, this is what I mean. In the end, you might end up never getting nightly erections because your dick is so used to just being tucked between your legs

              Good point!
              PE is a lot like sex. First you have to find your technique, rotate your routine, and then plan on it taking a while. Then you will find satisfaction.

                I've been doing my bed fowfers in the morning. About 4 days a week I'll start the fowfer then go back to sleep for an hour or so. It's been working well for me so far, still getting night time erections and decent hang first thing in the morning.
