  • Girth oriented routine

    Hello,
    So, I've kind of needed to focus more on girth since it has been somewhat neglected over the past 9 months of PE, and after some kind posts I've started doing the following routine:
    - JP stretches;
    - 5-10 minutes of jelqs;
    - 5 minutes of ultmate jelqs (equivalent to about 15 since it takes some time to get the hands ready);
    - 4-6 30 second uli's.
    pWhat do you think?

    SR
    Start: 20/June/2012 (1st start):
    BPEL: 17cm (6.69")
    MSEG: 12.5cm (4.92")aprox
    Current(28/July/2013)
    BPEL:19.9cm(7.83")/NBPEL:17.5cm (6.89")
    MSEG:12.7cm (5.00")
    Current goal:NBPEL:20cm(7.87")
    MSEG:14cm(5.51")

    Relentlessly forward, without regret, pain or forgiveness.

    I too am only interested in girth. However have literally only began PE yesterday. I imagine I should only jelq for a little while yeah?

          Well, how about just doing a light set of about 200 jelgs and then adding 10 supra's to start with. The jelgs will prepare the penis for the supra's to follow. I do clamping now but still do jelgs and d-jelgs (modified v-jelgs) before clamping.
          Begin 7/25/2011:
          NBPEL 7, BPEL 7.2, MEG 5.6, BEG 6

          Current 12/05/2014:
          FL 5.25, FG 5.2
          NBPEL 7.8, BPEL 8.1, UEG 5.75, MEG 6.25, BEG 6.7

          Long:
          UEG:MEG 6.5

                What I would advise you to do would be for example, 4 minutes of jelqs, then one or two ulis, then 4 minutes again and one uli etc..
                I find that jelqs feel very good when performed after Uli.
                Also if you have been Peing for 9 months you may want to check wether this routine is intense enough or not.

                  So is skipping the stretching in the 90 day routine a bad idea if I warm up real well with a washcloth?

                    I thank you for your advices but I forgot to add a very important detail: I don't have much time to do a routine, so long routines are off the table. I need something that fits in a window of 10 to 15 minutes. I know it is not much but it is the time I now have.

                    SR.

                    P.S.
                    I forgot to ask: what are supras?

                      You do an uli for 30 sec , and then move your ok grip during 15 sec (very slowly ) to the head, where you can eventually keep the grip and do kegels.

                      Maybe you could do two seperate sessions ?

                        I really don't know about that because when I Uli I get my penis to its very extreme of erection to force the tissues to expand. So a jelq with that level of erection is somewhat uncomfortable (I've tried it)...

                          I would think discomfort was a prerequisite to optimal gains
                          Starting Stats

                          7.5 BPEL
                          4.7 MSEG
                          5.1 BEG
                          4.3 EGBH

                          Current stats

                          8.25 BPEL
                          5.2 MSEG

                          5.8 BEG
                          4.2 EHeadG

                          Hoping to be 8.5+ BPEL and 5.75+ MSEG

                            They are very intense indeed.

                            Discomfort means you're not conditioned yet.

                              It is not if it borders on pain.
