Sorry for the few threads I've done in the past couple of days. But can I outright skip the stretching part of JP's 90 day routine if I do not care about gaining length? Can I just warm up nice and then jelq away? Or is the stretching an important part of warming up? I just did it like this on my second day, so before I do it further, I figured I'd ask. I obviously do not want to injure myself. Thank you...

I personally wouldn't skip stretching; stretching before jelqing could indeed have a positive impact for expansion.You never slow down, you never grow old!

Many guys do jelque only routines. If you are doing enough jelques then the warm ups you get from stretching would be the same from jelquing. Just start your jelques off light for a few minutes and then increase the intensity.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before
