Hey guys, recently my schedule has just become very hectic. I was hanging for the past couple of weeks and really didn't like it. I could hang 20lbs for 20 min sets. In the end i didn't really like the feeling so much and it took forever. I wasn't seeing gains really or liking how it was making my penis smaller it seemed. Any how, looking through the success forum i noticed a pattern...less is more and the way you jelqed. jelqing at the right stage(70% erect) is crucial and longer jelqs performed relatively light(use to jelq relatively hard). "Treat your dick like an egg". Also, the intensity of the stretch and taking more days off. I am now doing 2-3 days on 1 off. And keeping the routine basic.
-15-Minutes – Warm Up
-Basic Stretching (left, right, straight out, straight up, left and right circle stretches kegel 30x each way)
-Flaccid Bends (5 bends each held for 20 seconds)
-Compressors – Only 4 holds at 20 seconds
-10-15-Minutes – Wet Jelqing (5 second strokes)
-3-Minutes – V-Jelqing (3 second strokes)
-2-Minutes – Side Jelqing (5 second strokes)
-I also kegeled 200+ times while doing the routine along with 200-300+ during the day
-Then depending on time I'll either edge and or pump. I can edge for at least an hour sometimes or more depending on what time I have. I will edge to ejaculation every 2-3 times.
-This routine done on a 2-3 days on and 1 day off regiment.
This routine is much faster doesn't take much time unless I decide to edge/pump. When I did the JP90 i gain .5 in in length and maybe .3 in girth. However I then went more advance, trying too many different avenues and i think I may have been rushing things. However, since starting this routine my PI's have gotten much better and my penis looks much more healthier again haven't measured in a while but I'm going to stick with this for quite a while. It's faster, easier and over-all more enjoyable.

Lol surprising how this is fairly similar to the thread I posted, even down to the title name!
You said you hung for a couple of weeks and got up to 20lbs? Definitely doesn't sound right, or if it is, then it's no surprise you don't like the feeling; the skin stretch must be incredible.
I too decided to go back to jelqing, but honestly it seems as though hanging is the right way to go if you're still looking for length. I must have done it for 2-3 months and although I gave up, it seems as thought it's netted me ~0.3 inches. At that rate 1" in a year is not bad at all.
If your new routine is more enjoyable however, then stick to it.Honestly the best routine is the one you're consistent with.

Thats funny. It was more than a couple weeks it was a couple of months. My bad. I started really light. Never felt fatigue until I started doing that different progression like increase everytime til you feel fatigue then once you get there do drop sets. I progressed pretty slow never felt pain but just never really liked the idea of it. But I tried it. This routine feels so much more beneficial. Even if I just get the stretches in it feels great. And like I said PI's feel better and penis looks and feels much healthier. Less is more.
