Hey this is my first post and Lets start with saying that this seems the most legit solution to unit growth, I have been reading the threads for a few weeks now and dedicated time daily for jelqing & UV jelqs. Here are my questions and i hope you can answer them i would be forever greatfull.
I'm 2months in and 1month in for UV jelqs i warm up with a rice sock for 10 minutes and stretch occasionally, recently i have been doing my UV jelqs at 65-80% erection since i heard that is the best to do them as long as you recover and warm down. Am i doing everything right? After i warm up i do 100-150 jelqs but im mainly focused on the UV jelqs which i do around 50 of can i do more to help results?
Im waiting for the 3months so i can do the ulis, can i do the ulis with Uv jelqs after the 3months? I'm so eager for gith results.
Ive also occassionally felt like a small uncomftorble pain i figured it was from an injury and its recovered now. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Welcome to the Gym PE Noob! I know I am a female but I do help my husband do his PE routine. Sounds like everything you are doing so far is good, the only thing we do different is use a heating pad for warm up. If you are not straining your unit you can add more jelq. We actually followed the JP90 routine to a T for the 90 days and the added the ulis. I think by the end of three months your unit should be conditioned enough.
