Good morning bros! I recently started a new routine that I would love your opinions/feedback on. Up til recently I've pretty much been doing a "standard" manual routine very similar to JP's 90 day plan. Since I started PE I was able to add about 1 1/2" and a decent amount of girth, so I'm definitely a believer! lol! Unfortunately, the past few years haven't given me all of the focus and time that I would like to see my goals met, but thankfully 2013 is off to a great start!
Since I've started a new workout/bodybuilding routine, I wanted to see if I can use some of the principles I'm using and translate them to PE. Now, before I go any further I have to say it; yes, I know the penis is not a muscle, so that's not where I'm going with this. lol! What I mean is, since you use different exercises to shock and confuse your muscles in weight lifting, I'm going to try to use that same principle for my new routine. Each training day being a little different than the previous day.
I'm doing a two day on/one day off schedule. On my off day, I will still strap on my extender after my shower while I shave, brush my teeth...etc. just to keep myself in the extended state for a bit. Here's an example of the new "split" routine:
Multi-directional stretches - Adding one full set each workout (5 directions = 1 set)
Wet jelq - I count reps as opposed to looking at the clock. I add 10 reps each workout.
Pumping - 2 sets of 5 minutes at 5hg (each week I plan on adding 5 more minutes, then switch to 10 minute sets...etc.)
Edge with a silicone cock ring for 5 minutes (to help keep the "pump" for a bit)
Hot wrap warm down
Combination of multi-directional stretches, A-stretches, and BTC stretches
Squeezes - I add two additional squeezes each workout
Pumping - " "
Edge w/silicone cock ring for 5 minutes
Hot wrap warm down
Any advice, suggestions...etc. would be much appreciated!

Dam all that complexity is killing me! Why not simply increase the JP90 intensity? Add squeezes, a-stretches and maybe ulis. Then you can complement the routine with pumping. Sounds good?Initial Penis size (01/01/2013):
BPEL: 5,5 inches
EG: 5,5 inches
BPEL: 7 inches
EG: No more than 5,7 inches

My advice is to try sticking with maximum three exercises and do them with proper intensity!
