  • How long did is take YOU to see erect length results?

    I have finished the JP90 routines, with no visual results of any kind. I am not my 3rd week into hanging, with still no results. I am just curious to know, how long did it take for YOU to achieve NOTICEABLE ERECT LENGTH gains, and how much have you gained ALL TOGETHER??

    BPEL: 6.5, 6.75, 7, 7.25, 7.5

    EG: 5.0, 5.25, 5.5, 5.75, 6, 6.25, 6.5

    Less than 2 months I would say. It was a while back
    Starting Point: September 2010: 6.5" x 5"
    Goal: 8" x 6"

      2-3 months (did jp90). No eq gains, I never had EQ gains.

          I believe it was at least six months.

          12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4
          12/11 NBPEL - 5.1, MSEG - 5
          01/13 NBPEL - 5.35, MSEG - 5.1
          01/14 NBPEL - 5.35, MSEG - 5.25
          01/16 NBPEL - 5.4, MSEG - 5.5
          Fat Pad = 1+/-

          Real cars have two seats. Everything else is a bus.

              according to your log, u gained half an inch in just 2 weeks?????...makes me wonder wtf am i doing here...........i wish you had a step by step log like i do...damn that woulda of came in handy...thanks for the post...you are a freak of nature with your insane results!

                  Not sure who's log you are referring to but do not confuse newbie gains with BPFSL gains. 1/2" improvements are likely to be mostly EQ improvement. However younger members also experience significant stretch gains early on. There is no general rule however if you have maxed out all you newbie gains then progress slows down to on average around 1/4" per year

                        amen to that...............so you are saying that you started doing PE exercises only in January of this year, and have already gained 1 1/2 inch in length?

                            1.25" in BPEL. And yes, I initiated PE on January 14th, 2013.
