Hey just wanted some comments/criticism of my current routine
5 mins a stretch
5 mins Mandingo stretch
1-2 minutes straight out, straight up, straight down, left, right
1-3 minutes behind the cheek
10 minute kettle bell stretch straight up.(I use a sock with two 5ib plates instead of a kettle bell)
2-3 sets of 10min hanging straight down 10ibs sock hanger
3-5 sets clamping 10mins each
1-2 sets pumping 10-15 mins ( depending on how many sets of clamping I did)
Length one day girth the next then I take a day off. Repeat.
edge 1-3 times a week 10-60 mins each

To be honest, I think that looks like a solid routine, especially the length part. I like how you mix a lot of exercises.
But it might be a bit too much on the length? Around 55 mins of stretching , depends on how conditioned you are. If you can lower your volume and still gain, I would do that.BPEL: 5.92, 6.0, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.5, 6.6, 6.7, 6.8, 6.9, 7.0 , 7.1,
MEG: 4.72, 5.0, 5.05, 5.1, 5.15, 5.2, 5.25, 5.3, 5.35, 5.4, 5.45, 5.5

How long have you been PE'ing, just wondering because 5 sets of clamping is a lot. It is a pretty intense routine you got there in my opinion, I presume you are PE'ing 1 year +? If not you are definately over doing itStarting Point: September 2010: 6.5" x 5"

Yeah that is a nicely balanced routine I'd just chill with some of the stretching considering you are hanging anyways, even if for half the timeI have no problem being with just one woman, but I can't not eat all the donuts.
Current: 7.2" x 5.25"
Next stop: 7.5" x 5.4"

I have been doing pe for close to ten years on and off. I have just been constant the past 2-3 years. Been clamping on and off around 2 yrs. I like the Manuel stretching but only seem to benefit from long times, but it kills my hands that's why I added the weights. Wish I had the time to just hang, but I do feel the Manuel exercises give a added manipulation of the tissue. So far I have been on this program two weeks and its Been positive. Thanx for the input guys
