Lately I've been experimenting with ways to improve my stretches and how deep in the inner penis i can reach while stretching. What I found out is that by using the lower body to add traction and resistance to the stretch I am able to stretch further that I would be able to if just sitting down or not moving my lower body at all.
It seems obvious (and it is), but it is effective. So for example what i've been doing is let's say, when i stretch to the left, at the same time i move my lower body to the right, in the opposite direction, which adds a lot of force to the stretch. I do the same when stretching downward, but I begin the stretch in a squat-like position and then I move my body up while firmly holding the stretch in its initial position all through the stretch.
I find that this is a good way to continue to add spectrum to the exercises.
Anybody does this already? If not, it is worth the try.

I discovered this a couple weeks ago or so, but backed off because stretching the usual way works just fine. I guess if I plateau or my gains really slow down I'll then proceed to stretch with using body movement as leverage, right now it's just a little too intense lol

This is one of the things I would like to make a video on at some point. There are a multitude of different body positions that change the intensity/feeling of stretches. There are also a few positions you can use where the ONLY thing you have to do is grip your penis and the position will do all of the stretching for you (instead of having to pull with your arms). These are my favorite because it produces a very consistent stretch and you can hold it for longer.Collection of scientific articles and books related to PE: pe_sources.zip
