I started PE 2 weeks ago, but I ended up failing. So now I am back and today will be my second day of this routine. I know it's mainly for conditioning, but has anyone got gains from JP's routine? I mean only in those 90 days without variations to the routine. I'm curious to know. I am 6x5.5 and I'd love to be 7x6 but I'm going in expecting nothing so that I'll be happy with what I get. Also, does no porn and no masturbation help gain faster and raise EQ?

I just completed my 10th week of JP90 this week. I've gained 1.25" in BPEL and .25" in EG.
I have been training/conditioning for length more than girth.
Oh yeah, I also haven't measured my unit in about two weeks. So, I might be up more in BPEL! I'm hoping for another 1/4"

The first week i mostly just fumbled with my junk until I got around to doing it properly (had to look up videos of vjelq among other things), so only had 1 week of proper PE as per the guide.
edit: didn't even know what a kegel was, at first i just clenched my ass
1) after 14 days without porn and even less with proper jelqing I started getting rock hard boners like never before, not since mid teens (im in my mid twenties). I just couldn't believe the EQ i was having. My junk got moderately veiny after the third day of poorly done PE (im thinking about glueing a blonde mullet on the little guy and giving it a yellow tank top so I can rip it before doing the exercises), haven't been doing it that hard grip-wise, it doesn't even hurt, but since many talk about discoloration in the mid shaft i realized i ALWAYS had that (its actually getting lighter, i guess i dont have a charred dick and it can recover from that), from too much masturbation I guess, so maybe im conditioned to too much penile abuse and actually I am using a tight grip.
2) Since im only now getting proper boners I realized that im at 6x6 measuring from the bone, that I cant even feel because of fat pad.
3) I dont know if it was mainly because of giving up porn or jelqing, or 50-50, but im gonna keep going even if I dont have any gains. Shit, as long as I can improve on my EQ (im getting harder but I still struggle to keep it hard for long) I wouldn't mind giving up on a few inches.
tl.dr: Keep at it, you'll see changes immediatly. It will get better without porn too. I guess guys with the imperial system become frustrated easier than us metric fellas because seeing gains in integers takes 2,5 times longer.

I started 4 weeks ago, and I've gained just over a half inch in length and maybe an eighth in girth. Totally psyched.2/27/13: BPEL: 6.25" MEG: 5.0" BEG: 5.75"
