  • can someone please explain the "dld blaster" for me?

    I am not pleased with my length exercises. I read somewhere that the dld blaster is the best for length gains. My computer will not play the "************* dld blaster video" so can someone just tell me what to do? Thanks.

    It's not complicated

    Use your wrist as a fulcrum, stretch your flaccid dick over it while holding a kegel for 5 seconds, then release the kegel, making you able to stretch it even more out for 5 seconds (while still having it bent over your wrist)

    Then pause, and repeat. I can't find the description atm. on *************. Would you link me to the video by the way?

      This sounds like a killer stretch! I'm guessing you can alternate by using your wrist below or above (so that you can stretch both up and down) as well?

        FYI, your description is good. I can picture it, but it doesn't seem to jive with other "descriptions" of a dld blaster. I'm a little confused.

          This vid is not showing the DLD stretch. It's just showing a simple hard stretch straight out while sitting for 2-3 seconds, then pause, then repeat. MOS is not working right now, but my description is correct. I just forgot to add that before doing that, you should do 100 quick kegels to tire your PC muscle in order to be more aware of it while doing the stretches.
