So i had a failure today (=
My routine is mon-tues-thurs-fri
But i failed to do pe today, because i could not stretch probably and my penis would not do anything.
I know why, i became to horny last night and i masturbated like crazy )=
Yesterday i had a really good session, so its not all bad, but to me its still a missed day.
I have figured that, when i don't masturbate the day before a session, then it's really good, but when i do, its a bad session.
I have considered stopping masturbation for a period of time, like 14 day, maybe that will make my pe sessions better, and maybe i can gain more if i don't masturbate, i will try it.
And i was wondering, if i could go wed-thurs-fri, so i still get the 4 days a week.
So its 3 days in a row, that's not bad is it? (=

Don't stop for 14 days, that could have negative repercussions, healthy amount is 2-3 times a week.
If you feel the session is bad if you do it the night before, do it tuesday, friday and saturday nights simples.
Don't worry about one missed day, definately isn't the end of the world. 3 days in a row isn't bad but some might say its overdoing it a bit, make sure you keep checking your PIs. Some do 5on2off no problem so it shouldn't be a big dealI'm back!

I would recommend edging instead of masturbating, its more productive and will help your PE much more than masturbating.

Don't worry I missed loads of sessions over the years, the key is to not let it demotivate you, its not like you are going to lose out over not PEing last night. It is only 1 day in a long journeyStarting Point: September 2010: 6.5" x 5"
