Despite the fact that it sounds counter-intuitive, reduce the intensity and frequency of your PE sessions. Take a few day breaks here and there.
Girth progress has a wave-like pattern. You may get back to a smaller size or stop growing for a few weeks or months, before you reach the next milestone. The speed of gains also decreases significantly over time. For example, I would view the 0.1-0.2" permanent girth growth over the next six months for myself as very satisfactory. It does not mean that I will actually gain less - it is just that I will be perfectly happy even with these small gains.
It takes years, not months to progress, and anticipating some deadline-limited growth targets is not the best strategy. The more growth expectations you impose on your dick, the less you will gain. On the other hand, inside you should 100% believe and know that you are growing. Never even doubt it.Initial (06/30/11): BPEL 6.1; MEG 4.1
