I am uncut and my beginning measurements were 6 1/8" long by 4 1/2" girth (both are erect measurements). I ordered one of the penis extenders (traction devices) back in July and have had decent results I think. My erect length went to 6 7/8" and girth went to 5" over a period of about 3 months while wearing the device 5 hours a day for 5 days a week. At the time that's all i was doing. I have not worn it in a couple months though. I find it hard to wear it that much lately and also it seems to be irratating my foreskin to the point it dries out and begins cracking...that's painful and takes days to clear up. I recently decided to give penis exercises a try and have been jelquing about 15 minutes a day and doing a penis squeeze excercise for about 5 minutes that is similar to jelquing but without the milking motion, (and I do warm up before I begin) and wearing the penis extender for an hour a day. I have been doing this about 2 weeks and can already tell a difference in the hardness of my erection and have gained a little more length. So i am now 7 X 5. My goal is to be 8"X6". I feel like the length is VERY achievable, however I don't want to be un-proportional and would like for my girth to catch up.
My question is can the guys on here who have had good success gaining girth please tell me what a solid routine would be for gaining girth? Also is it feasible to expect this whole exercise routine (for length and girth) to be 30 minutes or less per day?

30 minutes looks too short since you need a good 10 minutes warm up , not to just to avoid injuries but also to help with gains.
Since you've never done manual exercises and want girth, I advise you to simply try jelqs and v jelqs, start with 10 minutes and gradually add to it.
Make sure you take off days, that's when you grow.

as popol said 30mins will be short in the long run. I think you should do 3 months of JP90s routine. The move onto pumping and ulis. Then move into clamping another 3 months later. You will need to dedicate a lot of time to gain girth as it is hard to do. I know the feeling trust meStarting Point: September 2010: 6.5" x 5"
