    This is one of my first thread post in a while, haven't been on the forums in a while but guys I might have a serious problem, just wanted to talk to some like minded fellas.

    So I've been clamping for a bit now and doing PE religiously.. with the help of porn. Not the best thing by what I've been reading but it seems like its the only thing that can get me 'up' to do clamping routines. My problem is, when I use porn and I get to the right level, it is hard for me to not ejaculate after I reach the P.O.N.R. .. and I feel like my EQ with my girlfriend is drastically decreasing due to that as well. What is some of the things that yall have done to fix this problem and what are the other sources that have helped to not use porn, by porn I mean vids.

    Just keeping from cumming for a week should boost your EQ and help you to clamp without porn. When I was clamping I would use kegels to bring me to full expansion, or you can keep the clamp a bit loose and do kegel and strokes with clamp pushing to base to aid in pump up.

      Wow I didnt even think of that. Im going to try that starting tomorrow. Do you clamp on your shaft or behind the sack? I usually clamp behind the sack if im moving around alot during the day and only put it on the second or third click, as for exersizing I put it at the base of the shaft, any suggestions to which one works better for you?

        I only would clamp the base for exercise purposes only. Never wore one long term.

          The problem about porn is that it makes your brain become more sensitive to less stimulus..
          So the best thing would probably be to stop with the porn for approx. 21-30 days (the time it take for the brains to make new neural patterns, in other words, create or destroy habits), and then start up again. But without the porn!

                I think that you should start reading erotic stories. I try that sometimes for my clamping. Literotica is good and it gets you using your imagination. I am going to repost in the AP90 thread and quit porn again. Well Ill try

                  +1 for erotic stories, got some of my best wood with them. Haven't watched porn vids for months, never felt better and getting comments on my EQ ("you were huge this morning").
